- In-House general counsel at leading technology manufacturing company
- US Army officer with 3 combat deployment leading cavalry (scout), ground reconnaissance and military intelligence units in Afghanistan and Iraq, retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel
- In-House Intellectual Property counsel for leading technology development company
- Strategic Intelligence and National Security Policy expertise with Master’s of Science in Strategic Intelligence and post 9/11 deployment experience
- Substantial experience on defense and security technologies and markets, with particular experience in communications systems, aviation systems, IR focal plane array, sensors, computers and networking systems
- US Department of State Consent Agreement issues
- Top Secret SCI cleared and Security Management experience
- Team and organizational leadership and management experience (both corporate and military, to include combat and command experience)
