Managing programs / contracts supporting US Government procurements & advising Veteran entrepreneurs as they pursue their journey. GarryOwen Ventures is Veteran Owned Business (VOB, as certified by the State of Texas) and a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB, as defined by the US Government). We leverage our broad experience and contacts and our capability to manage performance and compliance of US Government contracts to help provide value to the US Government and local government procurements.

SDVOSB Contract / Program Management
In unique circumstances, serve as distributor for small businesses with certain commercial off the shelf (COTS) products but lack the understanding and expertise for doing business with US Government agencies.

Support to Veteran Entrepreneurs
Advise and assist Veterans in starting up or operating businesses to include meeting regulatory requirements for VOB, VOSB and SDVOSB and serving as a member of board of directors or board of advisors for Veteran owned businesses.

Support to Veteran Owned Businesses
Fractional, Acting / Interim General Counsel support as well as General Counsel support and portfolio company management and oversight or chief compliance officer support to include independent expert for investigation and resolution of compliance matters.
