For over 15 years, I served as General Counsel for large technology manufacturing businesses, handling M&A transactions, resolving compliance issues, and managing countless ethics matters. Managing programs / contracts supporting US Government procurements & advising Veteran entrepreneurs as they pursue their journey. GarryOwen Ventures is Veteran Owned Business (VOB, as certified by the State of Texas) and a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB, as defined by the US Government). We leverage our broad experience and contacts and our capability to manage performance and compliance of US Government contracts to help provide value to the US Government and local government procurements.
Utilizing transformative mediation and dispute resolution techniques to repair relationships and resolve conflict effectively and efficiently. This transformative conflict resolution approach has been refined based on my experience resolving a broad range or conflicts and disputes arising in combat zones among highly stressed actors, internally within military and private sector organizations and between commercial entities. My passion for fairness and integrity while resolving disputes has led to providing ADR services to a wide variety of contexts.
Leadership development built on grit, strategy, and accountability based on lessons learned from playing fields, battlefields and meeting rooms. Leveraging the discipline of military leadership, the competitive mindset forged in sports, and a track record of cultivating high-performing private sector teams, I provide coaching that empowers individuals and organizations to thrive.
